Duration: Self-Paced – The theory for this course will be conducted online. You will attend for 3 days of training on mutually convenient dates. There will also be a final assessment and multiple choice exam.

Prerequisites: Anatomy & Physiology
Qualification: Level 3 Reflexology Diploma. This qualification will enable you to obtain public liability insurance upon successful completion of the course.

Reflexology is a holistic healing technique that works on precise reflex points on the feet that correspond with all body parts.

Reflexology applies pressure to a range of particular points on your hands and feet that correspond with all the organs, glands, tissues and muscles in your body. This helps improve circulation of blood, oxygen and ‘qi’ around the body, relieving stress and healing pain in other parts of the body.

You will learn how to:

· Prepare the treatment area
· Prepare the client for treatment
· Carry out a client consultation
· Carry out a reflexology treatment
· Provide aftercare advice.

Please note that whilst these Level 3 courses are accredited with the IGCT (The International Guild of Complementary Therapists), they are not Ofqual Registered. (ie not VTCT, NVQ, ITEC etc) They meet all criteria for Level 3, and have the same learning outcomes, they are accredited and fully insurable.

Training dates will be weekends, and you will need to bring a model with you to practice on.
